For those of you new to Cinema 4D or the MoGraph area of it anyway, I created a short little tutorial explaining how to set MoText on a circular spline using the Spline Effector. It’s very basic stuff but for some reason I’d never attempted it in C4D before. If you’re familiar with Illustrator, it’s the C4D version of setting your type along a circular path. When I get around to doing my Wasteland 2 review/blog/whatever it’s going to be, I’ll show you the image I was creating when I stumbled on the method.

If there are any tutorials you’d like to see just drop a request in the comment section. I’ve been using the program for 4 or 5 years at this point but there are some things I’m still not fluent in. Some tutorials I probably can’t pull off would be XPresso, Python, and Thinking Particles (I use X-Particles for my particles). If it’s within my C4D abilities I’ll get on it as soon as I can.
